Lupron
Hi ladies
My re watns me on Lupron after my lap to kill off any residual endo for 2-3 months.
I'm worred about all the side effects.
Can you share your Lupron experiences with me?
I asked him about going on BCP instead and he said that treatment doesnt work as well as Lupron does.

My last cycle on Lupron was caaaaraaaazzzy. Literally! I had horrible side effects. I've been on Lupron for three cycles and cycle 2 was the only one where I didn't have side effects.
It's important to note that the side effects can be because of the combination of drugs as I didnt' take Lupron by itself.
Also, I was on Lupron say for two weeks where if you are being treated for Endo, you're not on it every day.

Lupron for me, made me psychotic *****, but I was taking it everyday in an ivf cycle. A friend of mine took it for the same reasons you did and was totally fine. Like a pp said, I think for me it also could have been the combination of different drugs I was taking.

Changing from BCP to Lupron I believe is what made all the difference in both the quality and quantity of my 2 fresh cycles...The Lupron cycle I conceived my DD and also my current FET pregnancy was also from that batch...
With frosties leftover...
I had no noticeable side effects from it either
ETS- Didn't realize this wasn't for an IVF, but good luck !

Headaches and hot flashes here too, but I have a cold so I'm not sure if they're from the Lupron or not!

The only side effect was that it made AF come a week late. I only took it for one cycle.

I have endo and after my lap i went on a low dose BCP...but at that time i was not TTC. Now that i am TTC (its been 3 years since my lap and being on BCP) and i have no new cysts! went to the doc yesterday 
everyone responds differently. i would go with the advice of my doctor..if you're not comfortable maybe get a second opinion. GL

I've been on lupron twice. Both times were for 6months each and I used the 3month inj (11.25mg) The first time I went crazy. However I was also young and immature.
The second time I was psychologically stable. LOL
Both times I experienced occasional night sweats. Little hot flashes, not much at all.

My only real side effect from Lupron was that it made me very b!itchy! But according to my DH, it wasn't much different then my usual self....
