new dressers/furniture question
If I don't want to use liners for my dresser, can i just wipe the wood down inside the drawers? I figure I don't want to go through all the hassle of making sure my clothes are good for sensitive baby skin and then put it in chemically treated wood. .
What did you all do?

wow - I never ever thought about that.....
I washed all her clothes in Dreft and laid them right on the wood, didn't even wipe them down - never have.

Re: new dressers/furniture question
I used grip liners. I didn't want to fix something that would potentially damage the drawers.
I was originally not going to put anything but someone mentioned that there's a possibility of splinters, especially in new wood, so this was our solution.
We also used to for the top of the dresser to hold down the changing pad since we aren't buying an extra changing table.
This is the stuff: Image Attachment(s):

Like Rita said above me, 99 cent store. Why pay more than I have to?
Edited for: I don't know the difference between above and below

That's awesome bc I know you can use brackets to nail it down but didn't want to damage the wood for later.
