How do I make my chicken soup thicker?
I have a chicken soup recipe but I love Panera's chicken soup the one with the thick noodles and thick broth. How do I make my chicken soup thicker? Do you have a great chicken soup recipe that you can recommend?

I usually add a roux to my soup to thicken it a bit.

Add more noodles, maybe like egg noodles. I find that when I add more egg noodles it makes it thicker. HTH!

They changed their chicken noodle soup recipe!! It's not thick anymore.
I agree, their new soup is YUCKY!!

Double your recipe and then take a cup or so and but it in the blender, then put it back in the soup. Or, you can use an immersion blender.

I know I tried it and it is gross. I told my friend who works there that I don't like it anymore. I miss the old one. Thanks for all the suggestions.
