What are some "non-traditional" items cooked in a crockpot
I have falling in love with my crockpot all over again I would love to try some other things beside chicken, chili, etc. I saw a recipe for stuffed peppers that I cannot wait to try. So what do you make in your crockpot?

I made Chinese style beef and broccoli a few weeks agi in mine- it was just ok, but I'm going to try to find a different recipe and try it again.

Sauce with meatballs and sausage, shredded buffalo chicken (for sandwiches), creamy salsa chicken...can't think of anything else that wasn't already mentioned.

There is a thread on the parenting board. I made lasagna and it came out really good.
