Dr Carlos Rivera he is in Patchogue right by St Joes College. Love this man!! Really goes all out for his patients, treats you like family not cattle, and is a great Dr. I know so many people who use him and everyone LOVES him! let me know if you want his number. Go meet him your sure to love him!

He is in private practice now (has been for a while now) but this is his info cause I know if you google him you still get the old office info and I would NOT go there EVER!
