Honestly, I think the Elmo character is ok but I would think a dalmation cake would go better but I wouldn't care if I was invited. I love cake no matter what's on it

I agree, getting Elmo is a good idea but I'd do a Dalmation cake to go with the theme JMO.

Not only is it silly, it is likely to cause permanent damage to your son. How will he ever learn to take life seriously when his mom sets such an awful precedent? How will he learn how to probably coordinate? Next thing you know he'll be going off to college wearing a striped shirt and plaid pants.
Personally, I think the sillier the better! If elmo makes you and him smile, then elmo it is!
