Water weight?
It is possible for water weight to stick around for 4+ days? I'm 4lbs heavier than what I weighed last weekend and I know that I didn't eat enough to add 4lbs. At work the other day, we were eating this very salty popcorn - I mean so salty the bottom of the bag had these huge salt crystals. It was actually gross now that I think about it!

Personlly, I think it is. Water weight can be very tricky. Its very difficult to gain 4lbs that quickly. It usually takes me about a week to get rid of a serious binge or a few bad days.

I think it definitely can. This week I felt bloated for 3 days. Usually my wedding ring and e-ring are very loose on me. This week I could barely get either of them on.

Thanks for the replies. I hate it, and I can see my stomach is bloated. And I am not due for AF anytime soon.
