Weight loss and that time of the month
Anyone ever notice how it affect your dieting? How about your weight?
I have been doing great for almost a month then fell apart yesterday. Today I realized I am about to get my period.

I'm always hungrier when its that time of the month.
I almost ALWAYS gain when its that time of the month.
Everything will be back to normal in a few days!

I know what you mean!! I'm getting mine tomorrow and I ate like a champ yesterday!! I really have to watch myself the next few days!

I house fried rice like no other the week before. I don't really gain but I really need to eat more or I get like the Hulk.
