Does a lot of "the stuff" come out after BD?
Everytime DH and I  I do the whole, propping my legs up for various times ranging from 20 mins to sleeping overnight without getting up, sorry TMI  . But I still feel that as soon as I get up it gushes out of me.
Does this happen to anyone? How can this be condusive to conception?

Yes, I think it happens to everyone. But the force of the ejac is supposed to propel the little boys to where they need to go

yes... some swim the wrong way and some sperm die and come back out.... so its going to happen no matter what...

Same thing happens to me, I'm always wondering if there is something wrong with me, like if my imsides are messed up or something Really I think it's normal though...at least I hope it is!

I keep telling DH that he needs to try harder and this to him is a free pass to get crazy...

Try using Instead Soft cups. Many use them as mehod to help get sperm to where it needs to be..some say it's nonsense. In any case, they are GREAT in terms of catching the spermies after sex and so much more sanitary. I love them. Their intended use is to catch menstrual flow, but I use them to help get the spermies closer and to avoid a lot of mess.

Yep and totally normal. The liquid that leaks out is semen which carries the sperm. So the semen will always come back out. I know its an uneasy feeling, but its normal no matter how long you lay down.

Yep! It's totally normal. As the pp said, it's just the semen that carries the sperm. If you're laying there for 20 min, that's plenty of time for the little guys to swim where they need to, and what comes out is just excess.
