Which do you do - WW related ? (sorry if confusing)
I recently became a lifetime member, only had 18-20 lbs to loose, but I did it!! NOW - here is the kicker 4 lbs came back in less than 3 months, I think this is why - -
to get my 18 lbs off I just ate my points with no exercise (until the VERY end)
But then when I became lifetime I did the opposite - ate more than points but exercised too. and that is when it creeped back - I guess cause I wasn't exercises consistanly each week.
SO....
do you eat more points than allowed or unhealthy foods than workout to balance the points
or
just eat your points with no exercise?

I eat my point plus target and usually my weekly points plus allowance AND workout. That's the only way to keep it off

Not 100% sure what you're asking but this is what I do:
I eat my 29 daily points (I DONT add 6 for maitenance because I'm trying to lose some extra)
I excercise 5-6 times a week
I eat a majority of my 49 extra points.

I eat my points, I use my extra too...I do cheat one day, I know I know, I don't care though
but I don't add in any activity points but workout now 3x/week
