1 lb lean meat or turkey meat

1 med onion, chopped

1 can fat free refried beans

1 jar salsa 16 oz

10 tortillas, warmed 6"

shredded lettuce

2 cups green peppers, chopped

2 sweet red peppers, chopped

tomatoes chopped

10 TBS fat free sour cream



In larege skillet brown meat. Then add salsa and refired beans and cook through til heated. Spread 1/2 cup meat mixture on tortilla. Top with tomaotes, peppers, lettuce and sour cream.
