what can I serve with stuffed peppers?
I feel like stuffed peppers are just a side even though it really is a balanced meal (beef, rice, veggies) ... what goes with it?

It's an all-in-one meal (veggie, starch, and meat). If you wanted you could make some lemon potatoes, a salad, and some bread.

What about baked cauliflower? or Cauliflower casserole? It takes the place of a starch like potatoes and is healthier!

I made DH's grandma's stuffed peppers tonight for dinner
I served them the same way she always did
On a bed of egg noodles...yummy!!
