Has anyone talked to an IF counselor?

I've been thinking about this more and more lately. If you did, how did you find them? Through your clinic? Did it help? Just looking for some thoughts. I think it might really help, although I don't know how it would work with insurance and all. My job also has an Employee Assistance Program for us to reach out to to talk to them about anything. It is an outside company and info. is confidential so I've been thinking maybe of doing this too. I just think it could help to talk to a professional. Thoughts?

I never did, but at our initial consult with my RE, he gave us a business card for a counselor who specializes in clients with IF (individual and couples therapy). I think it can be a great idea! Ours was in San Diego, otherwise I would give you the name

professional? No. My counseling sessions don't even involve oral conversations but written posts on this board!
I do think it's a great idea though and prob should have seen one years ago when this journey began.
