Chicken Sausage - What would you make w/it?
Saw it at the supermarket the other day and it looked good but not sure what to make w/it.

I chop it up int bite size pieces and mix it with chicken flavored Rice-a-Roni

My three ideas:
I cook it with peppers and onions and make a sausage and peppers dish.
You could also do sausage and rice.
Or you could also grill them and eat them in hot dog buns like a sandwich.

i slice them into coins, brown them, then cook them in pasta sauce.

i take them out of their casing and brown it. Then I toss with pasta, olive oil and broccoli. Top with parm cheese.
I also grill them and serve on buns like PP ssaid.

I did a modfied South Beach with it the other day.
Cooked them in the oven then sliced them up
Chopped onion
can of diced tomatoes
two cans of Cannelli (sp?) beans
two cups of chicken broth
salt and pepper
cup of rice
it makes a stew-ish kinda meal I liked it

i just made chicken sausage last night... this is what i did super simple and so yummy.
cut it up into bite sized pieces add 2 table spoons of olive oil. saute it till cooked. then add 6 cloves of chopped garlic (i love garlic you can add what you like) and fresh baby spinach a whole 10oz bag and a little salt and pepper. add about another table spoon of olive oil and saute another 5 min or so untill the spinach is wilted (your done with this.)
in another pot on the side make some of your favorite pasta. cook and drain add to your pot with the sausage and spinach... mix it up there should be enough olive oil to coat the pasta... add some grated cheese and wha-la dinner in under 30 min!!! and its so yummy!
