Has anyone bought the "skinny shirt"
instead of wearing a bulky blouse under your sweater- this shirt has a collar but the bottom of it is like a stretchy cotton

That's interesting, but I actually like the look of when the button down is a tiny bit longer than the sweater.

I've never heard of that before. Intersting.
I do like to buy sleeveles button-downs in the summer if I can find them & save them for the winter to wear under sweaters. I don't like blouse sleeves under sweaters. It's too restricting.

i agree , i didnt think of that when i bought it just now
but either way, its more flattering than the bulk of a blouse.
i cant tell you how many times i wont wear that look to work becasue its so unflattering..so many pretty sweaters go unworn because i just cant find a blouse that doesnt bulk me up

I don't, but I'd consider buying it.
I've refrained from buying nice sweaters because I didn't have a fitted shirt to wear under it.

well thats interesting. thats one of the reasons I can never layer the button down..b/c i always feel bunched up and suffocated.

I like it.
Esp for me, I cant stand wear cardigans over my button down and the sleeves creeping up.
