DH is a happy pappy tonight, not to mention yours truly!!!
Usually I take the boring quickie approach to supper; Today I went to a local farmer's market, who has the best meat around, IMO. I bought stuffed chicken breasts, and Bob Evans cheesy mashed potatoes and green bean casserole!!!! Mmmmmm!!!!! Delicious!!! I had a bag of cubed stuffing, still sealed, since Christmas, that I had kept refrigerated; I used the bread cubes to make a pineapple stuffing, and then I had some, all hot and bubbly, with Cool Whip!!!! Tomorrow, I plan to have cube steak, pan fried, with stewed tomatoes poured over them!!!! Just wanted to share!!!! Mary
