Relaxation/meditation?
What do you do to relax during IF treatment? For the last 2+ years of treatments my anxiety levels have been pretty good, but the nearer I get to the prize the more I feel my stomach in knots and can't occupy my mind with anything else.
I downloaded some relaxation breathing to my ipod and have acupuncuture today but I don't know how I'm going to make it through this week without being a nervous wreck!
How do you deal with the stress of IF and the 2WW in particular?

Blocking - This takes practice, sometimes years ut is very effective for me SOMETIMES! acupuncture - so I hear, didn’t work for me yoga distraction-make plans, LOTS of them taking walks with my pup throw myself into a project work or home...think LOWES reading a good book therapy, ha Massages, pedicures, mani...anything to spoil you. picking fights with DH ! catching up on DVR, or watching a good movie(s). Volunteer Oh, and here is a new one for us, and don't laugh...we go to North Shore Animal League and hold puppies. No kidding. It relaxes me. Of course it is a struggle not to adopt every dog in there, but it soothes me for some odd reason.
There is no magic pill, everyone goes through it, and everyone survives and you will too!

Re: Relaxation/meditation?
Great list!!! I'm actually doing some of them already
This one would just get my blood pressure up and I'm trying to stay calm and zen.

And this would break my heart I would end up bringing home at least one puppy.
