Pork Chops for Breakfast Recipes
I have defrosted Pork Chops and will not be eating them for dinner but would love to incorporate them into a brunch dish for tomorrow.
Does anyone have any good recipes?

I would do a baked or pan fried breaded pork chop w/a white country grave, a la chicken fried steak and gravy.
