Spaghetti and Chicken Cutlets for 9
How many pounds of spaghetti would I make and how many cutlets for 9 people (5 adults, 2 teens, 2 7 yr. olds)?

i would make at least 2.5 pounds of pasta and assume two chicken cutlets per person.
but we are italian, and always have leftovers.

3 lbs of pasta and maybe 15-16 cutlets
Also the Italian thing here, so I hope you like leftovers! Better to overestimate than under though right?

If they are regular cutlets, one each. Thin cutlets, two each. 2.5 pounds of pasta.
