Cookbook recomendations
My new year resolution is to try a new recipe a week. I'm a working mom of an 11 month old, so I need some easier recipes. Any recs?

Re: Cookbook recomendations
My favorite cookbook is one of Rachael Ray's. It's called Classic Rachael Ray 30-minute meals: The all-occasion cookbook. On the cover she is wearing a cranberry shirt and it says yum-o! on it. I HATE that phrase and it annoys me, but these meals are DELICIOUS and QUICK and usually easy to throw together and even modify if necessary. There is a mix of different foods and meals and she breaks it down so that each page is a complete meal. She gives you exactly what to have for the main meal and the side course(s) and sometimes even a matching dessert. I highly recommend it.

The new Barefoot Contessa book from Ina Garten. It's called How Easy is That and the recipes are really easy and delicious!
