what's the difference between old fashioned oats and quick oats, nutritionally??

i have some coupons and one would be cheaper than the other. i'm trying to decide if the cheaper option is worth it, nutritionally

Nothing.
.
The only difference it the time it takes to cook. Quick oats are cut small to be "instant" while the old fashioned are whole oats and take 5 minutes to cook.

I prefer the texture of old fashioned.

Definitely do not use the quick oats for baking.
