What to wear to a shower
I have a bridal showerat the end of the month. It's at Il Bacco in Little Neck. Is it ok to wear leggings, a nice sweater and ankle boots? Or do I have to get a dress? I'm going to be 24 1/2 weeks preggo. TIA!!

No it's DH cousin bridal shower. I've always worn dresses to showers but being preggo, I'm having a hard time finidng one that fits me right.

Have you been to Il Bacco since they opened the new place? It's really , really nice! If you can find a dress, I would, but I think the Sweater , leggings and boots would be fine, esp. since your preggo!

No I haven't! I've never been there. I looked at the pics online and it looks really nice. It's hard for me to find cute dresses that look good on me now that I have a little bump. Maybe I'll find something closer to the date.

Il Bacco has been there about 20 years, my mom is actually friends with the owner. They just moved to a bigger location two doors down. It's very pretty and the food is great, one of my fav Italian Restaurants in Queens! I assume the shower is during the day, so I think you will be fine with what you are thinking to wear if you don't find a dress. Have fun!
