SNOWBOUND!!
What are you cooks eating today?
We had buttermilk pancakes with warm butter maple syrup and sausage and egg bakes for breakfast.
Lunch (if we are ever hungry again!) will be homemade pizzas.
Dinner is a roast chicken (it's brining as I type) with stuffing, rice, gravy, roasted brussel sprouts and cranberry sauce.
I've already made a couple of batches of chocolate chip cookies (waiting for the boys who are shoveling now!) and there's a chocolate expresso cake in the oven. I'll make a mocha buttercream for that!
Anyone else in full on kitchen mode today??

o man.. I am at work so it will be a weeknight dinner for us.. but last night I had fried chicken.. I had some serious cravings for greasy, bad for you chicken..

Meatballs and sauce tonight but I may make choc chip or oatmeal cookies.
DH bought brussells but it was too late when I got home last night to make them.
Maybe they'll last for tomorrow and I will serve them with leftover pork chops.

I have a snow day from work, and DH is working from home. So, I made Buffalo Chicken Soup for lunch and put it in a bread bowl for him. He had 4 helpings of it! Guess it turned out good

Wow, can I come to your house?
This morning we made omelets and mocha latte's and I have french onion soup in the crock! I am thinking I should make a pot of chicken tortellini soup for tomorrow so all I have to do is warm it up!

Made a pot of beef barley mushroom soup this morning so that will be dinner tonight with some garlic bread and a salad. Putting cinnamon oatmeal scones in the oven shortly.

we had waffles for breakfast
DS had grilled cheese for lunch, i was still full from waffles
and pot roast cooking for dinner
i was going to make cookies or muffins or something like that but my DS really wanted blue jell-o?? so thats what it will be

After we shoveled this morningnwe had hashed browns and an egg/cheese strata that I prepared last night and baked this morning...
Right now we are munching on cheese and crackers. I was going to make french onion soup for lunch but I think I will make that for dinner on Friday instead.... because tonight I am making tacos. I dont want to mix too many different foods

Egg sandwiches for breakfast
The kids had homemade mac and cheese for lunch
- Dinner veal stew which was simmer in the oven for 3.5 hours...it was delicious!

Breakfast consisted of cheese omelettes w/ all kinds of spices in it- garlic powder, parsely,onion powder, and toasted bagels or bialey.
Lunch- was leftovers from a few days , I was not too hungry.
Dinner- I crockpotted beef stew over egg noodles.
