For those of you who dont eat breakfast
Do you have something quick, on the run kind of thing? Ive never been one to sit down and eat breakfast...it makes me nauseous for some reason. I would like to however eat something quick, on the run. Any ideas?

Re: For those of you who dont eat breakfast
I have green tea and a Special K bar every morning around 8 when I get into work and then I have 11:00 lunch (hate having the earliest lunch period) but if I ate lunch any later, I'd have to have more for breakfast.
On the weekends, DH & I usually eat a breakfast in the early afternoon and it's usually bagels, french toast, pancakes, or an omelette. Sometimes (in the winter) I'll have oatmeal with fresh fruit.

Do the special K bars keep you full until 11am?

Re: For those of you who dont eat breakfast
I like smoothies - Fat Free French Vanilla Yogurt, some frozen tropical fruit.. a little orange juice and a blender. Yum.
Sometimes I will have peanut butter on a banana. It's definitely quick and tastes good! I sprinkle Flax seed on it if I am pretending to be healthy.
My husband is big on eggs. He's a huge fitness dude and insists on protein and carbs at each meal. So every 3rd morning is 2 hardboiled eggs and a container of Greek yogurt.. it keeps him full and has a good balance of protein and carbs. I make a dozen hardboiled eggs on the weekend and it lasts him the week (the boys eat them as snacks also). The other days he does a Protein shake.

Re: For those of you who dont eat breakfast
I have a magic bullet from BBB and make a smoothie everyday. its a cup that attaches to a little blender base and once the smoothie is done I just grab the cup and go. No cleaning up necessary. Its small enough to keep on the counter all the time

Re: For those of you who dont eat breakfast
I usually bring a yogurt, or a ziplock baggie with dry cereal to work. I dont really get hungry in the morning, so they keep me from feeling starving at lunchtime.
