Pannetone French Toast is delish!!
Someone gave me a pannetone recently and one of the suggestions on the side of the box was to subsitute it in a french toast recipe. I can't believe I never thought to do it before since I LOVE french toast but I made some yesterday and it was AMAZING! I didn't even need to use syrup or butter on it since it was already so flavorful and sweet. And truth be told, I'm not a big pannetone fan (a little too dry for my liking) unless its dunked in coffee , but I definitely recommend trying this.

I made this for christmas morning, but I did the overnnight baked one.
it was too mushy texturally for my liking (but duh, it was soaking in custard all night) but the flavors were so insane.
definitely using it for my regular french toast. it's awesome.

Ophelia - Definitely awesome! And DD loved it too! She was yelling at me for not getting it to her fast enough
