I lost 2 sticks of butter!
I weighed in today and was dissapointed at only 1.6 lbs.. over a 2 week period. The leader chimed in and said, that's 2 sticks of butter. Now I feel great about it!

actually, I think it's 6 sticks of butter. 
a one-pound package is 4 sticks.

i still think thats great!! its better to lose weight gradually then a ton of weigh in one shot.
