Pasta dishes
So, aside from stuffed shells and lasagna what are other good pasta dishes that you recommend? And please, share your recipes. Thanks

Pasta with broccoli and lots of sauteed garlic, olive oil, grates cheese. YUM!
Vodka sauce plain or with grilled chicken and baby spinach added!
Add crumbled feta, thin sliced red onion, kalamata olives, roasted peppers and greek dressing for a cold greek pasta salad
Baked mac and cheese!

DH makes this:
He steams peppers, onions, and 2 garlic cloves.
He adds that in with whole wheat spaghetti, grilled chicken, and classico sauce. It's so good!

I usually dont go from recipes when it comes to pasta. I make a pot and throw in whatever I have. ALways garlic.
Broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, carrots, really any type of (cooked)veggie .
If I have chicken, I dice it and add that.
If I have ground meat I make put that in with tomato sauce to make a meat sauce.
Usually I dice mozzerella cheese and add that just before serving.
Top it with Parmesean and you're got a meal.

Fresh Fettuccini, Fresh Mozarell, Basil, cherry tomatoes, garlic and oil and parm cheese. Soooo good!
