Tellers Review
DH and I went here last night and I was not impressed. The restaurant is lovely and the service was great but the food was OK. We both ordered our steak med. rare and mine was way overcooked. I don't even know if I could call it medium. DH's was better (still overcooked) but I sent mine back because for the $$$ I wasn't eating overcooked meat. They were really nice about it and took it off the bill (I just ate a little of DH's) but really overcooked meat in a steak house? If it was just mine maybe I could overlook but DH's too? Anyway, for the $$$ I think there are much better choices out there.

I have been there twice, I got engaged there, I have to say, I liked it but then again I'm jaded bc of the engagement lol. I remember having great wine there though. I do think that the "lobster homefries" need more lobster.

I feel like we stay away from those kinds of popular restaurants because they're often overrated.

Hmmm, that's strange. Every time I go my steak is perfection...and I like it on the rare side too....hate overcooked meet. Sorry you had a bad experience.
