What are your guilty pleasures
Even when you are trying to eat healthy we all have to indugle a little.
What are your guilty pleasures?
I LOOOOVE bread! I'll eat any kind of bread and love love love it!! It's not the best but I learned that whole wheat italian bread and ciabatta is pretty d@mn good!
Oh.. and i LOVE french fries and hash browns/tator tots.

pretty much anything that's a carb...bread, pasta, rice. I am so sensative as far as weight gain yet I love them so much

i love dairy and carbs, but i am lactose intolerant, and anything with gluten makes me sick, so looks like wine will be my only guilty pleasure!

Starbucks Grande Mocha Frappachino (without whipped cream). 7 points of pure heaven.....I work them into my day (and often have points leftover!) and enjoy every decadent sip.....
