Really having one of those weeks....
Everyone is pregnant! 4 people I know in the last 2 weeks! Seriously! Just shoot me.....I am in the 2WW and this is just torture! I know God has a plan, but it's so hard to stay positive!

It's really tough but you need to stay positive and believe that it will happen for you too eventually.

Re: Really having one of those weeks....
We've all been there. I went to my sister's house for New Years Eve and 2 of her friends are PG and they were all happy, and talking about their pregnancies. Ughhh. I couldn't wait til midnight so I could get out of there.

Aww...
We have been there, I know that does make it any better, but sometimes knowing that you are not alone helps. Hang in there, it will happen!

It defeinitely helps! But so hard, when you work in an office with mostly women in their 20's, 30's and there are baby bumps everywhere!!!!

Re: Really having one of those weeks....
I can totally relate to how hard it is to stay positive. I have completely lost touch with the idea that my injections are to help me become pregnant. I feel like I have forgotten the meaning behind using all my random drugs and its just become more of a way of life at this point.
I feel like despite all the RE intervention, when I finally DO become pregnant, I will be stunned! It really is so hard to keep your eye on the prize!!
ETA: I actually had a convo with my DH last night and said how I very often feel like we're not really ttc
I guess that's the defense mechanism my mind has created for itself in case this cycle isn't it.

This is exactly how I feel!! It doesn't even feel like I'll ever be pregnant. I too feel like the drugs, doctor, and acupuncture appointments are just a way of life. Real fun

Glad I'm not the only one who feels like this. I actually can't imagine when shots, doc appts, etc. aren't just an everyday part of my life. Pretty sad, isn't it?

Having been pregnant before....it is also so scary to be released from the RE and just left all on your own!
I guess we all just have to keep our heads high and know that our day will come. I never thought I would be blessed with a child and DD is now almost 22 months old.

It must be such a odd feeling to finally get a BFP and stop with the meds, blood tests, etc...I think it is going to feel wrong to just be doing nothing!! Hang in there ladies...Our moment to show off the baby bump is coming!!!!!!!

ITA! After having a chemical last week, my brother called me this morning to tell me they're pregnant with their 2nd. Last week we celebrated my neice's 1st birthday and I was doing my PIO and delestrogen shots in his basement. Fantastic. Even though I'm over the moon excited for them, I started to cry. I just want to be able to share that news with my family.

Re: Really having one of those weeks....
My brother did the same thing to us in April...We had been trying for months on end...He announced at Easter that he and his wife decided to try and got pregnant immediately. SHe wasn't even sure she was excited about it and explained that what she was really worried about was being able to work out still. Her first question to the doctor was how high can she get her heart rate...I cried the whole weekend. Now I have an adorable nephew and I am still not pregnant...
Hang in there!!! Its rough but we will get through and some day it will be our time to announce the AMAZING news to our families...

Re: Really having one of those weeks....
Hang in there. We have all been there. Throughout our almost 2 years of TTC, DH and I have gone through periods of time where we just don't even want to look at FB or answer the phone, b/c there are just so many people announcing their pregnancies!
The worst was when my SIL announced she was PG. I had just had a BFN that morning, and I couldn't hold back the tears. I went to the bathroom, but everyone could see the upset on my face, and I felt awful. It got even worse when she and my BIL shared that they hadn't even planned on trying yet. I felt terrible for getting so upset, but sometimes we just can't help it.
Now, a month or two ago when we finally decided to tell SIL about our fertility treatments, she was first very empathetic, and then added, "if it makes you feel any better, we've been trying for #2 for 4 months now, and we've had no luck." No, that doesn't make me feel better!
We will all get our turn, and it will be that much more special when we do.
