workout schedge
hey girls! i'm dying to shake up my cardio/weights routine a little. what's your typical workout schedge look like for the week?
i need some ideas! and i'm dying to try TRX and kettlebell workouts... are they really calorie blasting? anyone try??

I highly recommend the TRX. I used to use it all the time, you get an awesome workout. I like anything that challenges your stability because you get to work your abs in a functional way, and work all those small muscles you can't often hit with regular exercises.

I've used both TRX and kettlebells with my personal trainer.
I LOVE kettlebells. I feel like I get the best work out using them!
