Huntington vicinity food related recommendations needed please
I would like some recommendations for various foods in the town of Huntington (Commack, East Northport, Northport, Huntington, etc).
Please recommend some great places for :
Bagels
Egg Sandwiches
Coffee
Bakery
Pizza
Chinese
Mexican
Italian restaurants
Burgers
Bar/Pub
Deli
Italian Deli
Steakhouse
Diner
We like to eat out and have some go to places!

Bakery: Reinwalds - Huntington Station
Pizza
Chinese:L Ablert's Mandarin in Hnt.
Mexican
Italian restaurants - Sal D's in Huntington inexpensive and good. I also like Umberto's on 25a in Huntington. Bravo Nader is yummy too!
Burgers: Meehans Huntington, Robke's is good for burgers or steak.
Bar/Pub Finley's HUntington, Changing Times E. Npt,
Deli
Italian Deli - Portabello is very good.
Steakhouse: Prime...love it there!
Sweet Momma's in Northport is a great alternative to a diner and very good.
We like to eat out and have some go to places!

Bagels - First Class Bagel
Egg Sandwiches - see above!
Bakery - Hummel Hummel
Pizza - Chefs, Emilos, Guiseppes, Sputino
Chinese - Chef King (also do a search - this was a recent topic)
Italian restaurants - Filettos (hear they have good pizza too)

Egg Sandwiches and Deli - Northport Deli - DELICIOUS, but be prepared to wait on weekends and during lunchtime
Chinese - Jade Palace in East Northport
Mexican - Pancho Villas in Huntington or Besito in Huntington
Italian/Pizza - Filetto's in East Northport (not fancy but good Italian and great personal brick oven pizzas)
Burgers - Main St. Cafe in Northport (has been rated one of the best burgers on LI by Newsday)
Bar/Pub - Changing Times in East Northport (great sports bar)
Diner - technically not a diner, but as someone else mentioned, Sweet Mama's in Northport has great brunch (again, be prepared to wait on weekends)

These are for Huntington:
Bagells- there is one across from waldbaums in the village. Drawing blank on name
Egg Sandwiches- I've always gotten mine from one stop, don't know if it's the best but I like it.
Coffee - good 2 to go on woodbury rd.
Bakery- reinwalds, crumbs
Pizza- Johnny D's!!!!!! (& they deliver)
Chinese- Dragon Gate
Mexican- Oaxaca (HANDS DOWN!)
Italian restaurants- Sal D's
Burgers - Rookies, Meehans
Bar/Pub- Rookies
Deli- Good 2 To Go
Italian Deli - there is one in the shopping center across from waldbaums
Steakhouse - Prime ($$$$)
Diner- Golden Dolphin (THE Best!)

Bakery and coffee: Copenhagen, Northport
Bagels: in Northport, by King Kullen, on 25 A (Hot Bagels, maybe?)
Mexican: Oxaca, Huntington

Bagels: Bagel Chalet in Commack without a doubt
Egg Sandwiches: Bagel Chalet in Commack - the complete breakfast is the greatest thing to ever happen to me!!
Coffee: I don't drink coffee - never tried it so I can't help you there.
Bakery: I like the Park Bake Shop in Kings Park. I also like Alpine in Smithtown
Pizza: Little Vincent's in Huntington or Brooklyn Pizza in Commack
Chinese: Well, the best Chinese I have ever had was Pearl Inn located in East Meadow but in that area, I think Eastern Garden is good (Commack).
Mexican: Besito in Huntington!!!!!!!!!!!
Italian restaurants: Mannino's in Commack, Maroni's in Northport Village
Burgers: FH Reilly's in Huntington - they have great food in general and their burgers are very good.
Bar/Pub: FH Reilly's
Italian Deli: Seven Brothers in Commack
Steakhouse: Prime in Huntington without a doubt the BEST!!! I also like a new, hot restaurant called Porto Vivo - very, very good.
Diner: Premier in Commack if I'm in Commack b/c I think the Candlelight is vile. I prefer, out of all of them, the Lake Grove Diner on 347 but that is out of the area you asked for.
