If you can change one food
to be 0 fat and 0 calories what would it be
I think I'd say bagels b/c I can eat a lot. Especially on a Sun morning when DH comes home with the warm, fresh bag. 
Pizza would be my second choice
BTW... it would still have the same flavor

We were at Panera tonight and I thought how awesome it would be if eating a pastry and a latte had no consequences!
But tomorrow, it might be chips.
Friday could be cheesecake.
