Need help with Tilapia!!!
We purchased fresh Tilapia on Sunday evening with the intention of cooking tonight....now DH is going out to dinner and I'm going to the gym.
1. Is it safe to cook tomorrow? I don't think it is...
2. Should I throw it in the slow cooker tonight? Anyone have any good slow cooker recipes?

purchasing sunday and cooking weds is ok. i do it all the time.
i would imagine that it would fall apart in the slow cooker.

Thank you for your help! We were nervous about it so I cooked it up today and plan to make tilapia tacos tomorrow.
