Can I reheat...
Stuffed mushrooms?
How about roasted shrimp cocktail? Would you just serve it cold, or drizzle a bit more EVOO and warm it?
Chicken wings (Tequila Lime)?

Absolutely on the mushrooms.
The shrimp you can, but it might dry out.

The mushrooms and chicken, absolutely!
I wouldn't reheat the shrimp. If it is cooked any more they will become very chewy.

definitely the mushrooms and chicken. You can reheat the shrimp, but make sure not to overheat... seafood tends to get really try and icky when if over heated!
