natural supplement for acne?
im desperate to try anything i can... proactiv & over the counter stuff isnt doing it for my face anymore

Can you go to the derm? Not sure if you are BFing but there are some things that are safe if you are

i havent tried it in a while... but i used to use this when i was a teenager
i could go to the derm -- but i was trying to see if there was anything i could take OTC before i went to a doctor

I am a Esthetician and you should try getting peels every 3 weeks. Glycolic peels their isn't any down town and it helps kill the bacteria and change the texture of your skin. My place is in Huntington not sure where you live.
