O.M.G. Butterfrigginnut Squash!!!
I'm making BNS soup. But this year, I got smart and ordered from Peapod the already peeled and halved ones. Except they sent 2 when I ordered 4. So I sent DH out to buy PEELED BNS when he did some errands. Only I guess they didn't have it and he came back with a whole BNS.
This thing is a beyotch to cut!!!! It took me 10 minutes to peel it. Now I can't even slice through it to halve it. I am even using a brand new cleaver!
And to think Dexter cuts through bones!
