Help me save my swedish meatballs!
Is the sauce supposed to be creamy or brown and thin? I used the McCormick mix, and the sauce is thin and brown. Should I add some sour cream to it? HELP!

its should kinda thicker, like gravy, but still brown! i don't really make them, but you can try using cornstarch, that should thicken right up!

I would let it simmer on a low heat for 10-15 minutes and let it reduce. Be careful not to burn it!

I would add a slurry to thicken it up.
