817K for a Townhouse!
I know they are brand new, but that is a lot of money! I live in oyster bay, and i like the town and all but lets face it, it needs to be cleaned up a bit! There's no waterviews from these townhouses they are right on South st. which is Rte 106

I though the ones in Long beach were over priced- but at least they are ocean front and the taxes aren't $15K

They aren't even built yet! I live just south in East Norwich and drive by the lot each day! Holy c r a p, I can't believe they are asking that much!

My taxes on my house here in charlotte are under $1,500 a year....I cannot imagine paying that much in taxes

well good luck to them. for $800K + and much less than $14K in taxes, you can have a BEAUTIFUL house! like this one
that's why I stopped looking at condos in Long Beach- they weren't worth it

Still better than a $1.45mm townhouse in Woodbury.... and these are right on Jericho (they were built in what used to be part of the Woodbury Country Club parking lot). Not so desirable if you ask me. You can get one of these for $1.12mm but they go all the way to $1.45mm.

Are you referring to picture #7? We actually went to see these because we used to live right down the road. It's hand painted on the wall..... It doesnt look as bad in person but never something i would put in my home. This is the model unit so it was professionally decorated. sometimes i think they go a little overboard!

they're HUGE!!!!!!!!! and did you see they all have a theatre in them? this is a big rage down in TX. the upgraded houses down there all have a media room - a theatre  so unfair! they're like $300K!
