sautee/cook with chopped onions, peas and garlic.. serve it over rice.. 
eta: its very forgiving.. u can add spices to it as well.. bay leaf, some cinnamon, curry powder if you have)

Do you like Sloppy Joe's? I was never a fan until I made them myself (very easy)........eaten with nice, big, fat, fresh rolls or any type bread!
DE--LISH! 
Its something different......when you're just so sick and tired of the same ol' meat dishes.
