Jivamukti yoga?

Anyone ever take this?

I used to go to a class a long time ago - and I remember liking it but I forgot if it's intense - I know there is a some meditation in it, but I'm hoping it increases my flexibility and is intense, giving me a workout. I decided to try a class near me this Sunday

I have been very stressed from work this year, and feel like I'm going to snap. I need to incorporate yoga back into my life. I love Zumba, running, and spin, but I think I need to balance it out with something that turns some of my focus inward...

If anyone has any info on it, or personal experiences, please share!

Don't know about that style, but I go to hot yoga. I go to the studio in Massapequa and it's awesome.

They also have a special----$20.00 for 10 days of unlimited yoga.

I definitely feel it's worth it!!!!

I live too far away.... I occasionally consult in massapequa and received that flyer on my car.... I would love to try and get there but I think it would be impossible with my schedule....

Gotcha. I believe there are some other studios across the island. I know there is one in Plainview and also Woodbury maybe? I also believe one of the instructors where I go is opening one in Commack and she will be offering different styles of hot yoga.
