We used the company we used for our wedding. All I did was reserve and pay for the limo and then decided which vineyards to go to. The only one I really needed a reservation for was Peconic. (We had one for Pindar but never went.) I called Osprey Dominion and Sparkling Pointe they didn't say anything about the reservation when we pulled up.
We had the 10-passenger limo for 7 or 8 hours and it was $400.

We used Long Island Wine Tours and I would highly recommend them. I believe the owner of the company's name is Jim and he is a pleasure to deal with. They have different packages depending on the size of your party. For the limo, lunch and tip, I believe each person paid about $130 and I think it was 8 hours.
