Holy Cereal!
I ate some Cascadian Farms Hearty Morning high fiber cereal before calculating points. I figured hearty, high fiber shouldn't be too bad. Ummmm my bad ....10 points for 1.5 cups. I hope it fills me up for a good while!

I am sooo sad as to how much cereal went up. LOL. I LOVE my cereal.
I alternate now. Cereal one day, eggs the next. It does seem to help.

Wow...now thats alot for cereal!
What I do...in order to eat less cereal (I've always eaten it dry)..I mix it dry with fruit and then snack on it. Usually I do half a cup of fiber one cereal (2 pts) with some grapes.

Yeah I'll be checking points in store before buying. I was stocked up b/c I try to eat all organic so when Cascadian was on sale I stocked up on a bunch.
I will say over 3 hours later and I am not hungry so I can deal for now since I still get a ton of points.

Me too - even the high protein and high fiber ones are pretty high surprisingly! Makes me so sad
