Pampered Chef recipes?
I just got my deep covered baker and I want to make chicken thighs tomorrow night (bone in, skin on) - but the only recipe I can find online is the 30 minute whole 4-pound chicken. If the thighs = 4 lbs should I still do 30 minutes?

I have the deep covered baker and though Ive never made thighs, I would think you would still go by the same weight scale. So yes, I would do 30 min.
Good luck and let me know how it turns out! I'm looking for more recipes for it as well.
