ANOTHER WW
Okay - so I joined yesterday. This a.m. I had egg whites and just now I had a banana .. Please give me some lunch ideas!! TIA!

On the new plan for lunch I have been having:
-whole wheat wrap (1 pt) with 2 oz grilled chicken (2 pts) and 1/4 cup black beans (1 pt) with some salsa (0 pts)
- sweet potato (4pts)
Some other ideas:
soup and a salad with FF dressing
turkey burger or veggie burger
turkey on whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomato and low fat cheese
grilled chicken salad

Thanks Colleen youre so helpful with this stuff - I appreciate it .. If Im at work and cant measure how many turkey slices they put on the bread what should I do? Same with chicken .. how do you always know how much?

Eyeball it- but always round up (just in case!). Part of WW is making it a lifestyle change. In life, you can't measure EVERYTHING. So you just have to do your best!
