If there are zero points next to the food that means you can have as much as you want? Like fresh fruit has zero's (apples, oranges, etc.)

Re: WW
nope not as much - like you can have one cup of carrots at 0 points but if you go any further then that it might be 1 pt, something with fruit.

It depends. Now all fruiot and most vegetables are free, so you can eat as much as you want without tracking, but other than that, you should track what you ate, even if something is zero ppints, eating more than that is more points, for example, one egg white is 0 points, but 3 egg whites is 1 point. Use the tracker for everything. it's a good guide

Re: WW
Thank you girls!!!!
One more question .. do you literally measure everything you eat for WW? Like they say 1/2 cup mashed potatoes. So before you eat you measure whats going in your plate?

Re: WW
yep gotta measure everything. I note anything that goes into my mouth even if it as silly as half of a teaspoon of peanutbutter. You will be amazed of what you think is a half cup and what actually is (especially with pasta/mashed potatoes)

Re: WW
Definitely measure everything. You can make things easier. WW sells or used to sell nice serving sets that are mesure..half cup third of a cup, etc. no one but you would know it's a measuring scoop. I also discovered that my soup ladle is exactly 1/2 cup. I think most are. You should DEFINITELY measure everything, esp in the beginning, but even then I'd start measuring again every feel weeks to "recalibrate". As the PP said, our ideas of portions are WAY out of whack sometimes
