That's why WW is so good- it really makes you think about what you're eating!!

Don't worry there are plenty of low point foods out there. Plus you get activity points and weekly points. Chat Icon

So tonight if I just eat sliced turkey breast (it says zero points for 1 slice) what if I have some slices and then raw carrots? would I be okay?

You could do that, but would that satisfy you? Honestly, I'd probably just try to be mindful of your portion size and eat your normal dinner tonight. If you really want to count today as day 1, you can dip into your 49 pts.

You're welcome. I'm rejoining tonight. I've been mindful today, but I'll start tracking tomorrow. Take time tonight to go over the plan, make a grocery list/do shopping, and figure out some meal ideas. With a little planning, it's really not too bad. Good luck!

A few things- Its ok to go voer, thats what the 49 points are for and you're learning/. Secondly, because 1 slice of turkey is zero points , doesn't make multiple slices zero points, it could be a few points, and i believe carrots are one of the few vegetables you count. Just tyr to eat a normal dinner.

Or try the italian inspired 1 point soup. I ate two bowls of it last night and i was SOOO good.

Put all in a pot, let boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 min

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion chopped
1 sweet red bell pepper chopped
1 med fennel bulb thinly sliced
2 cups fennel chopped
6c vegetable broth
1 28oz can diced tomatos (preferably fire roasted)
thyme
oregano
red pepper flakes
basil

According to the new pocket guide 1 cup of cooked/uncooked carrots is 0 points.
