Yep. I've seen them in the one in Levittown- at the end of the cookie aisle. Right by the big packages of water.

they have then in the Duane Reade by my job (in nyc...the one in Port Authority Bus Terminal). I bought them only a week or so ago while on my lunch break!

I see them at Target all the time.
Sometimes they're hanging from one of those vertical displays..so they're not actually on the shelf, or they're in a basket near the endcaps.
