Underarmour/Nike Coldgear sizing: True to size?

I want to buy some stuff since there are crazy online sales right now, but am not sure if they are true to size. I usually wear an M in a sportsbra, but an S in tops (shirts) and bottoms.

I have the Nike Coldgear. In most clothes (and workout clothes) I wear a XS/S (I'm a size 2/4). I got the nike cold gear in an XS and it fits perfectly. I would say it runs pretty true to size. Just remember though- its supposed to be tight!

Also, I sometimes buy an XL or a L in girls and fits me fine (and its cheaper too!)

The underarmours run a bit tight and snug, esp the high-neck shirts. I am usually an XS/S but went with medium bc I felt too constricted in their smaller sizes!
