Crash hot potatoes are something I found and fell in love with on PW's site.. you can find the recipe here!. They are a really good vehicle for toppings.. I like a dollop of sour cream and some snipped chives - the boys prefer me to brush them with garlic butter. Meanwhile I changed it up at the last minute and wound up making crispy roasted garlic rosemary potato wedges.

As to Smothered Pork Chops.. it kind of changes a little bit each time I make them but here is the basic recipe. And they are good.. but soooooo fattening. Chat Icon
